The ‘Building is under repairs, All faces of the building are under heavy treatment. Parking is also under heavy repairs. Roof is brand new. The Association had over 4 Million of US $ in the bank account to pay for the repairs. Now the Association is considering an extra special assessment of $2,5 Million to have all brand new windows New A/C in the lobby room and new Elevator in the parking. The expected new special assessment would be for 5 years starting July 1st $ 285.71 monthly for 60 months. This expected new special assessment is NOT voted on because rate and terms are not officially known. The special assessment can be paid by the new Owner . ,New Water heater ( 4 years old) and A/C installed new 2 years ago.
